| Waking up in a pile of trash with absolutely no memories and a crushing amount of medical debt is a rough start for anyone, but for our hoodie-wearing protagonist, it is just Tuesday. Guided by a bossy, sunglasses-wearing blue chicken who claims to be his manager, he decides that the quickest way to financial freedom is to become a top-tier assassin. Armed with a pair of telekinetic hairdressing scissors and a complete lack of killer instinct, he opens a barber shop as a front for his new lethal career. However, his "hits" are less about cold-blooded murder and more about resolving petty, bizarre neighborhood disputes, often involving underwear collectors, aggressive grannies, or tragic romances. Instead of taking lives, he usually ends up saving them, stumbling through his missions with a mix of incredible luck, hidden martial arts genius, and sheer incompetence.
