Synopsis for: Hitori no Shita | Hitori no Shita the outcast (Summer 2016)
Unassuming college student Zhang Chulan's (Chou Soran in Japanese) ordinary life takes a bizarre turn when a graveyard visit turns into a zombie ambush. Saved by a mysterious knife-wielding girl, he's drawn into a hidden world of ancient martial arts and hidden powers known as "Yi Ren." Grappling with his own enigmatic family lineage and the secrets left by his grandfather, Zhang Chulan must navigate a web of alliances and rivalries within this clandestine world. As he faces powerful opponents and uncovers forgotten histories, Zhang Chulan must find his own path to strength and belonging, ultimately unraveling the truth of his past and his role in this extraordinary realm.

2026 January 07 Update
Scope: This post now only includes S1 and S2, as these are the only seasons that feature a Japanese dub.
Legacy Files: The original 720p versions released previously are still preserved here.
New! Added 1080p HEVC/x265 versions for both S1 and S2.
S2 Extra/Special: I also included the 22-minute broadcast version of the S2 Extra Episode. Even though it is Chinese dub only, I kept it in case someone wants it as a collectible or for archival purposes.

S2 1080p lists 25 episodes, while 720p, MAL, and AniDB list only 24 episodes!?
ah, the 01 is the pre-broadcast special – so everything after that is offset by one in terms of numbering episodes
